I bought it a few days ago and watched it. It was interesting, but I didn't like that they mentioned the "Secret Diaries of the Fellowship". I don't think this is funny, rather crude.

I watched and I loved it! It's nice to learn more about LotR and I really got touched with many statements of the fans, I guess only a TRUE fan can feel all those deep feelings about this amazing story.
My favourite part is that funny video clip about people who buy every kind of product related to LotR... VERY funny! :)

Curiosity: here in Brazil they couldn't translate the term "ringers" 'cause it wouldn't be understandable, so the translation of the DVD title was "The Influence of the Ring"... Argh! :)

I have a question. I only watched the documentary, can anyone tell me more about the DVD features? Are they good?

I've watched it a few days ago and I love it. It's very interesting and sometimes quite funny ;) The DVD features are quite good... they're showing some more scenes and I think there's also a making of... It's great to see that other people feel the same way like you, because I know no ringers in my hometown

I finally got to see it recently. It was great, I really enjoyed it!! And like you said, Firiel, I also don't know any other ringers from where I live, so I was delighted to see so many other people like me on there!! :)

This movies tells you about the history of Ringers, what they've done during the different times and all that... I really like that movie, it's very informative and it's great to see how other Ringers are.

Hi Eärlinde! If you are a huge fan of Lord of the Rings, then yes, you are a ringer! It's like the same thing that the term "trekkies" for fans of Star Trek, it's just a term to refer to the fans of LotR....
