This shall complicate matters." he muttered angrily. "He knows will not attack as long as he holds Connor. The child has become a pawn in a war of kings and princes. Where is Corin-it is now his decision on our course of action."

Eragon sat calmly gaizing over the forest next to Eldarwen. He gazed down at her, she was reading a book silently. Saphira snorted and said into Eragons mind: Shes to quiet...somethings up, shes been reading all day Eragon...
She could just be in a reading mood he answered back enjoying the peace.
Saphira huffed and went off to find something to eat.

Haldir eyed the horde of men. "Right in the centre too," she said in frustration. "We'll risk hurting him if we move. I cannot let any harm come to my grandson. The decision rests with Corin as it is his child."
Haldir gazed at the troops below. "Theyre too heavily armed. There is no way we can get to them without harming the child. We need a stronger plan. they know that we are up here. They're waiting."

Eragon staired calmly out. With his hand on Eldarwens shoulder. He fell asleep against the tree. A battle scryed in his mind, with some of his family in it. He woke up imedetally. "Eldarwen, Haldir o Loriens grandson is in trouble"
Eldarwen set her book down and gazed up at him. "Can saphira help?" she asked
"Im afraid I cant contact her. Come on" he jumped onto the horse and pullrd her in front of him. Kicking the horses side lightly it reared then galloped off quickly.
