Depends on where you live.
Check out your fave bands websites, check out there tour section. See if they're playing somewhere near you. If they are, buy a ticket and go.

You're not the first to complan about that and I'm really sorry for you... They play a couple of times in most countries but it seems like the UK is being left out a bit... (e.g.: Germany: 10 concerts, USA 23 concerts, Spain 5 concerts ect...) _________________

They're playing or have played a gig recently in London. Which is great if you live near, or can travel to London.
Blind Guardian aren't the only ones guilty of this. I could name at least 10 of my fave bands that have never played a full UK tour.
It's quite depressing really.

I know not all metal freaks LOOK like metal fans, but when I went to London in May I saw ...like.. NONE?!?(btw. concert in London: 26th September... maybe you get a chance to go there? Let's hope for a miracle  ) _________________

The Metal comunity in the UK is massive. Maybe not as big as parts of Europe but there is a solid fan base for bands like BG, Rhapsody ect to come here.
