But don't you want to get out of the house sometimes? And I don't think homeschooled people have no social life, but you get really close friends at school...and I know that homeschooled people have friends (lol that sounds mean ) but...I spend 7 hours with my mates and couldn't live without them

^Like I said, homeschooling isn't for everyone. But in my case, I am happy to stay in my home, go on the internet in my breaks (:-P) and spend time with my six siblings. And I have had very, very close friends in the past. If I went to school with my friends, it would be nice to see them a lot, but I'd also have to deal with everyone else making fun of me and rejecting me. And if I went to school, I wouldn't have made any of the wonderful friends I have.

ok, let me explain. I'm homeschooled. I love it. I could not live if I was public schooled. but I also couldn't live without my friends. yet look, I'm still alive. I see my friends like every day of the week. I have Church on Sunday, youth group on Tuesday, everything possible on Wednesday, play practice on Thursday, and everything else on Saturday. I couldn't get on here at all if I was public schooled

Aww come on Star Gazer, I'm sure we all have our specialities! I'm pretty clever but have no common sense whatsoever, and my younger brother has learning problems but has 10 times the amount of common sense I have! We're all better at different things

I don't, I can't stand hot chocolate or mint! What is very nice though is boiling hot orange squash, it's pure bliss after a cold day kayaking

Yeah, alot of people say we have no social life. But we do! I have TONS of friends, for church and homeschool co-ops.

YES!!! My sister and I went for a walk this morning (wearing cloaks of course) and it was beautiful! It was just so lovely and cool...
I still find it rather strange that Star Gazer, Elven, and Kelenloth apparently live very near me...

Gah, all you strange people liking the cold Freezing this morning, rained for hours (giving us something to gaze at out the windows at school at least) then a burst of sunshine for about ten minutes. Then back to the rain and cold. I constantly have my Chelsea scarf on
