((I'll keel-haul the pair of you for making me use my imagination, lol...as it happens I do have an idea of a sort (as of a few minutes ago...)))
Elizabeth untied her horse to mount again, and contemplated visiting her husband at the smithy's, but stopped in bewilderment as a vaguely familiar figure staggered down the street towards her. "Jack...Sparrow?" she murmured, looking at him with a slight frown.

Will continued down the street looking around the large pile of wood he was carrying. He almost tripped in a muddy section of the road, but regained his balance with a smile.
He then approached the blacksmith shop and dropped the wood by the door. He then searched through his pocket for the key.

Elizabeth looked simultaneously amused and a little shocked. However, she made no move to help Jack up (largely with child as she was) and said conversationally, "I didn't know you were in Port Royal, Jack!"

Will finally found the metal key in his pocket and quietly twisted the lock open. The door creaked as Will gathered up the firewood and stepped back inside of the shop. He then used his foot to shut the door.
He wobbled forward and layed the wood next to the fire. "Ah, finally back. Now to warm up this bloody shop," Will said to himself.

Jack started to stand, but on his way up he roughly bumped Elizabeth's bloated stomach with the top of his head, making him fall back down.

"Careful, there," said Elizabeth, and after hesitating a moment extended a hand to help him up, though how much assistance it would actually give was doubtful - she wasn't very steady herself. "Jack, you look awful - what have you been doing?"

The fire was finally rekindled in the shop and Will was back to work hammering away at the red hot metal....molding a sword into shape.
Business today was quite slow. There were no orders put in and no one had to have any delivered. He smiled at this thought, "What an easy day." Then the thought of Jack slipped into his head, "Well, maybe not so easy..."

"I'm pregnant, idiot," Elizabeth told him. "Haven't you ever seen a pregnent woman before?"
She hesitated a moment, looking Jack over, and then resignedly hailed a passing carriage, which stopped obligingly. "Look, get in - I'm sure Will won't mind, and...the guest room needed cleaning anyway..."
