I saw ROTK on CBC (a Canadian channel) a couple of weeks ago. Very cool. But they cut huge parts out! I suppose they had to, I guess. Even then, it was in 3 1-hour segments. Ah well.

After I had seen FotR, I watched the repeating the next day and I was sooo angry because they cut out the last shot, Lurtz finally killed Boromir with. I love that scene and it made me so upset! But now everythings fine again, they showed FotR again a couple of weeks ago and that time they didn't cut it out

May I suggest one Kit
1. Do you have animals? 2. If you do what kind if you don't what would you have 3. What do you do to spoil them or what do you give them special.
WEll i my self have two dogs (Peanut and Pheobe), three cats 9 Pippy, Missy, and Pumpkin), three birds ( Peakaboo, SweetPea, and Katie), a guinea pig(Cheese) , and a quarter horse mare ( Ruby). And Pheobe, Ruby and Peakaboo are mine, i give them al special treats and alot of the time Peakaboo will sit on my shoulder while I'm on the computer. 9 He loves it0 and pheobe ...well she sleeps with me at night and she goes everywhere with me!

I didn't know what topic we were on anyway! Moving on...
I have a dog named Daisy. Really, she doesn't need anymore spoiling (she's a chronic table-beggar) and I give her doggie bones, if that's considered spoiling...

I've a cat. Tulkas He's like, the cutest thing. Sometimes I give him special cat food, but that's mostly to annoy my dad, really Other than that... I don't think I spoil him much. Other than letting him up in the sofa with me, but that again is simply to annoy my mother...

1. Yes, I've got a pet
2. It's a dog, called Amanda
3. When I want to spoil her, I just give her "Frolic" or brush her 'hair' (don't know the right english word, sorry ) or I cuddle her... But there is nothing special, I think...

Club on-topic means a topic discussing your preferences or opinion as women about topics involving women.
Please do so. Thank you for trying, Weeziey.

I have a dog(Keesha) and a rabbit(Cinnamon Bun).
Keesha is a Chinese Crested Powderpuff(she never ceases to make me smile) and Cinnamon is a lop eared/dwarf crossed
I take Keesh for walks, and give her greenies(chewies she likes), and i give cinnamon veggie leftovers, and if its during the summer i give him fruits(he loves cherries)

Can I please suggest something folks:
BEFORE you post, please check the previous posts to make sure you responding to a correct topic. Kit has asked us to discuss female things - LOTR and pets don't fall under this catergory.

So, when will someone find us a new topic, then? I can't find anything... femaleish... to talk about that will interest the majority of this club...

Any female-ish is fine, at least YOU'RE on topic. Don't worry about the interests of the majority of the club. As long as it's female, it's on-topic and as other members of the club being female, they SHOULD be able to discuss their points of views on it.
I really cannot believe you guys can't find ONE female-related topic to discuss.

Well I am *hoping* that perhaps discussing our favourite female book/film characters will be Ok. What we like about the characters, what quailities we see in ourselves etc.

JF: That is the best topic I can wish for. I'm free to ANYTHING female-related and discussing historical women, inspiration authors or fictional characters makes Kit very happy.
