I like some of those bands. Particularly Maiden, Metallica (pre-Load era) and Manson and Slipknot have some good songs, but I'd not profess to be a huge fan of either.

My Chemical Romance are a mixture of alternative rock, emo, emocore, nu-punk, pop punk, post-hardcore and punk revival. The band itself has said they're more rock or "violent, dangerous pop".

The Used are a mixture of alternative rock, screamo, emocore and post-hardcore.

Sorry, no metal in there But it doesn't matter.
