how exactly did we get on the subject of gingerbread? i'm not sure it has anything to do with being a Woman, and i doubt Kit would like to see us talking about it

Gingerbread is good, I agree.
Ugh, I'm so mad. I finally got unstuck with my writing and now someone tells me the names of the two main characters don't match well! It makes me so upset...

I did! I was just confused about whether we were talking about baggy pants, fashion, or anything else, so I brought up gingerbread. 'Cuz I like gingerbread.
Well, if we need a girl-ish-ness topic...Does anyone bake cookies[YAY GINGERBREAD!]? Or cook in general, because there's that stereotype that women just stay home and cook and clean. I'm a very lazy person by nature. I can cook and bake, sort of, but I don't do it.

I cook sometimes. (Yay cookies!) I enjoy cooking, but I don't get the chance to do it very much. I suppose I may end up being the main chef for my family when I grow up because I'm the mother, but that's only practical.

I love to bake - cooking is so totaly not my thing though. My girlfriends and I were trying to bake oatmeal cookies together once, and somehow I tripled one of the ingredience(sp?) so we were stuck tripling the whole batch.....we had like 30 of the biggest cookies you ever saw...I felt like the mad scientist...*evil laughter*  _________________  Secret Evil Twin of Aranel Faelwen .World Domination since 2008.

i like cooking, but... i just don't do it... *shrugs* i dont see myself as the cooker in a family, i dont bake either, i dont have the mental strength not to eat something i bake right away without letting it cook.

I love baking and cooking! I usually end up eating most of the dough so there's nothing left to cook with.  I am really good at making pasta dishes and any sort of breakfast item or dessert item. _________________

Oh my gosh, I can't bake or cook for the life of me! That is the one reason I won't end up being a home-mom, which does sound appealing, other than making ALL of the meals for my family...

I like to cook, but I don't like to bake. I either burn or undercook baked-goods (things like cookies and cake ). I'm better at cooking stir-frys, soup, etc... _________________ <center> ><>Ringer for Christ<><
