I don't know, but it sounds like something I would do.
Once I put salt on some strawberries instead of sugar, even though our saltshaker is a lot smaller and different looking than our sugar-pourer-thing.

I try never to go near the oven because I hate warm stuff. And, of course, because I'll eventually end up harming myself because I'm really clumsy

I can cook things that either recquire microwaving or toasting. But even then I've got to be careful, I've burnt my hand on our toaster oven quite a few times.

^Haha good thing.
I don't see how cooking is hard sometimes. All you do is follow the directions on a box! =p

Well, if you are following the directions carefully and slowly, slim chance you'll mess up. ;)

The directions hardly ever tell you everything you need to know. They're not fool proof, and when it comes to cooking, I'm a fool. *nodnod*

I'm definately not a good cook. I can only do the very simplest of things. I can make good pancakes. And some cakes or cookies.

Lol. I've had several misshaps in the kitchen due to my unnatural clumsiness. Dad is constantly supervising me whilst I'm in there, even if I'm only making a bit of instant porridge or toast. Ridiculous! I've never once set fire to anything or burned anything! ... unless you count the time I scalded the floor when I spilled boiling water...

Well, my mother once managed to spill almost boiling butter all over my legs once. I think that's partially why I'm frightened of coming near hot stuff, cause it was a rather painful experience. Lucky I was wearing thights, so it didn't spill right on my bare skin.

I scar I'll always have is when I got a deep thorn embedded in my finger tip. and when I got from scissors. My bro cut my palm.
Not exactly scars!
On the buring subject..I once burnt popcorn, with my mum mad at me. and burnt popcorn stinks horrid!
and I have recently learned how to make cookies. Which I kinda mess up too..

Oh, my gosh- it takes days to get the smell of burned popcorn out completely. I hate that smell.
