"Yes. Our uncles, along with Ada's help, should be more than able. But most of that depends on how quickly we can get to him." Eldarion seemed slightly uneasy about his friend, as he really wasn't sure what state he was in at the moment. Looking briefly over at Elrohir and Elladan, who had easily over heard the coversation, he sighed.

"Take your Uncles to wear Elboron is and see to him. I'll tend to the horses. Handion, take Eonera to my room and let her rest there."

Hanion quickly nodded and unmounted, leaving his horse beside Alythrya's and said,

"I will come and help you once Eonera is settled." He told her, and she nodded. Handion ran over to Eonera and said,

"My orders are to take you to a room and get you a bed for some much needed rest. Your horse will be taken care of." He informed Eonera.

"I would be honored." Handion said, noticing her blushing.

Why would such a beautiful lady blush in the likes of me? He found himself thinking, and then he blushed a deep red as he slipped his arm around Eonera's waist so she wouldn't slip while walking.

But, Handion was surprised at his feelings towards her. He had barely even talked to her, and already he thought she was beautiful.

He shook his head.

Once they reached Alythrya's room, he helped Eonera lay down and then got some tea and a apple from a maid and set it beside her bed.

"I hope you feel better." He said.

A scream came from the other room.

"Eldarion, come." Elladan summoned his nefew, who was quick to do so, and started doing as his uncle instructed. Obviously, in their absense, Elboron's festering wounds had become more and more severe, much to the horror of the healers. And now they were full-fledged gaping wounds, letting out precious blood by the second.

His hands now slick and red with blood, Eldarion grimaced as his friend screamed again. Elrohir was trying to do all in his power to sew up the wounds with little pain to Elboron, but he couldn't help it. If they put him unconcious, he might not ever wake up again. But if they didn't do this quickly, he could die of blood loss.

Raelyn was awakened by a loud scream a few rooms down. she jumped out of bed put on a robe and followed the screams. she could feel her heart leep within her. she followed the scream to Elboron's room. she gasped when she saw what was happening. " Eldarion....." she said staring at the man she loved. she was too shocked to do anything else.

Eonera thanked Handion. She layed down on the bed, glad to be laying down on a feathered pillow with silk sheets. For a moment she closed her eyes, but sat up abrutly when she heard a scream.
"What... who?" she mumbled, then realized who it was.
"Elboron!"

Handion had not yet left Eonera's room. "Don't get up." He said to her. "If they are going to heal him, then they will need space, not a crowd."

Alythrya had just finished giving water to the horses and was about to rub them down, when she heard the blood curtling scream she knew that came from her brother's lips. She dropped the bucket of water and ran towards her brother's room, tears slipping down her face as she ran up the stairs, praying to whoever would listen for her brother to still be alive.

Elboron, though, did not have much life left in him. He could feel his body slowly shutting down and he was blind....he couldn't see anything as the pain went through him. The poisen was stronger than he thought and he screamed again as his blood contiuned to stain the bed he laid on. In a matter of minutes, if nothing could be done to help Elboron, he would die.

Eonera nodded, and lay back down. She started twisting the covers with her hands, mad that she was so helpless... And it was her fault in the her beginning that Elboron got hurtt by the orcs. If she hadn't gone on that ride... and found the messanger... and...
Stop it! she thought to herself. [/i]This isn't your fault. It's those stupid orcs' fault... and that Morsereg's fault...[/i] she cursed him in Rohirrim in her mind, not daring to say them aloud because she knew Handion most likely knew what she would be saying...

Elrohir drew back his hands and washed them in a near by basin of water, which soon turned from clear blue to a dark, brownish red. Eldarion washed his hands also as Elladan cleaned up the wound once more with sterile achahol. It would sting, yes, but it would clean it.

"Drink this, mellon nin." Eldarion lifted a flask of... Something to Elboron's lips and helped him to swallow it. Once he had drank a good amount, Eldarion drew it back and then stepped outside with Elrohir.

"Will he be alright?" he asked in quenyan.

"I think so. But we'll just have to wait and see. It is mostly up to him now. But... He is strong. Do not fret, tithen pen."

Alythrya reached the top of the stairs and turned the corner, to see Eldarions worried look.

"Oh Ebu...." She said simply, saying the Elvish word for God and then she turned, tears flowing down her face. She hung onto the railing of the stairs as her knees buckled and she felt helpless. Her brother lay their, dying, and she could do nothing.

Elboron drinked the liquid and ended up coughing half up it back up as he gasped for breath. It clenched his chest and tried to sit up so he could breath, but it was getting harder.
