I was wondering if there was any way I could animate a graphic (such as a banner, avatar, etc.) without having a program like PSP animation shop or whatever. Are there any websites that can do this for you?

Go to...MyTheme.com.....upload a picture,then click add a file..and it will animate,plus let you do cool effects such as text,borders,ect......
