^ No, that's pretty much all our school dances are too. Plus disgusting dances. All in all, they're just something to stay away from. I'm grateful to have friends who don't care for them either. We just stay away from them, or if we do go, we stick together in a big group and make fun of the music, people dancing, clothing, etc. That's about all you can do.

Anitgone, I am glad that your date went well.

As for my date life. I have only officaly been one guy's girlfriend before. It was online and did not work out. However I am back on my feet again and am not against looking for offline love...eventualy. I am 14 (nearly 15) and I just want to kind of wait and see how things go. I am want a hunsband eventualy but not right now. As the S. Twain song goes though, "If you're not in it for love I'm out of here". So I want a relationship that will last and am not in it just for kicks. Now I do not have to have a guy in my life all of the time right now though so as I said am just going to wait and see. I will wait for the right guy to come along. As for flirting...I am guilty of it. Also I love it when a guy flirts with me. What most would think of as corny lines are also fine by me. The whole "Did it hurt... when you feel from heaven ect" kind of thing I love to hear. lol I like the sweet non physical attnetion. However flirting can go too far and that is a line that if a guy wants to get my attention, he will have to be wary of that line. However my parents aren't much on the idea of me dating. My father even comes and stands by me whenever I so much as talk to a guy. Yeah, at church this really cute 16 or 17 year old guy (that I had been crushing on all day) came up and talked to me and went on about how well I had done in the competion that I was in, I talked to him, and then my dad came over and stood beside of me. (sighs and rolls eyes)
Now as for shcool dnaces...I have never actualy been to one. I am homeshcooled. however I have went to fotoball games before (my parents are big time sport fans) and they had their all female (well they had one guy...maybe) shcool dance team come out and dance. Now we went to around three games. Two of the dances I saw as fine but now one dance to Justin Timberlake's "Bringing sexy back" took it way to far in my opinion. They can get dirty at times.

ugh... i'm crushing on a guy right now, and its one fo those, crushes that you can't stop thinking about and when you see him in the hallway you blush and get all weird... its so annoying, and right around finals... *sighs*

My personal life is at the highest it's ever been right now, as most of you in the Guys 'n Girls club know. I'm at this point right now where I'm just waiting to see if one of my friendships develops into something else.

As for school dances, I'm homeschooled, so I've never been to one. The homeschool group in my area has a banquet and a dance in May, but I forgot all about it, so I didn't go. Plus, I'm not really into the whole dancing thing.

I question why they do dancing in PE class. I've had to do it many times and I didn't like it and I sucked at it. I loved when we played sports in PE though.

gah *ish jealous of Anti* guys have to have great eyes... if their eyes are boring, their actual personality is going to be boring... and if they have ugly eyes, they have an ugly personality(usually). and if i ever go out with a guy, pray that hes taller than me, I would never ever date a guy shorter than me... ever.

I'd never date one shorter then me either. I'm short enough as it is so yeah, that wouldn't look right.

I have never had a boy friend, and I'm quite happy without one, but I'm with Las, still in early middle school. There are 2 people in my grade who have broken up and gotten back together 5 times this year.
