my brother's ex-girlfriend looked younger then she was and was only four eleven, and very petite and not so womanly because she was so small, and someone asked her how she liked the elemantary school, and she said "It was great, but I like college a lot more."

It was hilarious!

That's great. I've been mistaken for an 11 year old once. I really wasn't happy about that one. Look, it's nice to hear that you look young for your age but it's sad when you're in your early twenties and someone thinks your under 13. Then it's just not flattering at all. Seriously, I am alittle too developed to be 11. Common sense.

I get mistaken for an 11 year old and a 16/17 year old... so its all voer the place.

I hate it, most of the time i'm mistaken for looking younger as well. I'm 17 (almost 18) and nobody ever thinks that. This one girl I know who loves to tick me off (lol) said I looked 15... I was just "Um... thanks."

But a lot of people think that i'm 16, because I take college classes and you have to be at least 16 to take them here. Other people think i'm like 18 or 19, which is nice

But most of the time they think i'm younger

Admiral Norrington, that is cool. I meant no offence or anything it is jsut that all most all of the hispanics that I know are very short.

Well when I was elven somebody told me that they thought that I was five. I nearly hit the ceiling. I really was more than a bit mad to say the very least. My solution to the problem though is to wear a bit of make up, mini skirt, high heels, and I have a favorite cameo top. I have been known to wear a shirt with a cartoon character on it, no make up, and my hair in pig tails when I have to be "one the kids" though, at my way younger brother's birthday party, for example. lol It is good sometimes but most of the time I really wish that I looked my age or older.
Does anyone else get mistaken for their mother when they use the telephone?

I do. Occasionally. Mostly my sister and I get mistaken for each other, even when we're not on the phone! We are extremely close in age (about 16 months) so we sound like twins.

We love tricking our parents! If they call for one of us, either one of us can answer and they'll think it's which ever one they called for! It's hilarious!

Alot of people do judge by height but the smarter ones will look at your face and guess. You cannot guess someone's age by their height, that doesn't prove anything.



People do the same thing to me and my brother. We're 15 months apart and have nearly the same facial features. Same face, hair color, eye, color, nearly the same everything and we get mistaken for twins all the time. People thought we were twins as kids and even today as adults, people still think we are.

People can't tell the difference between mine and my mom's voice and every time I answer the phone I'm like 'Um, that's her daughter..' Pretty embarrasing but you get used to it.
