Vondell finnished his breakfast, and grabbed his things.
"I'll be outside as well," he said, and followed Tristan and Amaran. He leaned against the outside wall, and pulled out his pipes which he idly started blowing on. Nelnya was perched on his shoulder, and started to "sing" the harmony to Von's song in her high little voice...

Eavan nodded and finished her ale quickly. Checking to make sure she had all her things (which was not that much at all), she walked out after Vondell, glad to the hear the music. The music made Flame pop out of nowhere and fly onto her shoulder, landing gracefully. "I had wondered where you had gotten off too." She told him. I left in the middle of the night. He answered. You kept jerking and screaming in your sleep, and you became very hot, and I couldn't wake you. Eavan looked down, confused. What was happening to her?

Strider looked around.
"Well, I guess I'm headed out too."
He said and strolled off behind Eavan, carrying nothing but a duffle bag.

"No." Amaran replied. His land was far from here, across a large sea and tall mountains. "I am far from home." He pluckedat his shirt absent-mindely as the rest of his companions filed out the door.

Tristan nodded at Amaran's reply and an ironic thought occured to him. Only a band of strangers to this land would agree on such a mission... or fools. And Eavan had found them
He heard the rest leave the inn. First Vondell, who'd immediately taken his pipes to play a sweet melody. His music would keep the spirits up when things were getting hard.. Then Eavan, her light step still betrayed her presence. She hadn't said much past few moments, but Tristan couldn't blame her. Her mind was probably set on other things then being agreeable to her group.
And then Strider, with his heavy pace. This young lad wondering around alone could be usefull if he was good at using arms.
"Eavan" Tristan said quietly "now we're still waitng on Dax, could I have a word with you?"

Dax jumped up after the rest of the group, grabbed her pack and followed them out the door. She swung her red cloak over her shoulders as the cool morning air hit her.

Eavan's thoughts were suddenly interrupted by Tristan's light voice. Though, at the moment, she didn't mind. "Dax is out here now, but I do not mind." She said, walking a few paces with Tristan, away from the groups ears. "Speak your mind."

"I've been thinking about this alot, but if you intend stay alive, it might be good to take a few precautions." He paused for a moment to choose the right words. He didn't want to give away too much of his extensive knowledge of the their destination.
"First I think it should be more convenient not to travel by horse. They might be fast but they catch far too much attention. And it's difficult to cross country. Further I think we need to dravel at night at a certain point and should check whether we're able to defend ourselves.."
He remained silent for a while awaiting Eavan's reply. He didn't want to fuss her about this, but he knew for sure that when they were not extremely careful and alert, this quest would be doomed to fail.

Eavan nodded, quiet for a few moments. Then, she said, "Tristan, I was thinking the same thing. And, I have more expierence than your average woman. I won't, or shouldn't, make foolish amature mistake when traveling, tracking, or hunting, and especailly fighting. Even where we are going." She told him.

Tristan shook his head. "I didn't expect otherwise." he smiled. "I just wanted to share these ideas because it's all up to you." He closed his eyes and tried to visualise from which way he'd travelled. The past weeks he'd travelled through rough terrain of woods and rocks but they had to take the opposite course. "As soon as we leave this town we should go east..if we're lucky and leave quickly, we won't be noticed by many."

Strider looked around at the horses. He didn't have one. I can travel by foot, and stay up...hopefully He knew if they took the horses and he couldn't keep up then Eavan would take no hesitation to leave him behind.

Vondell finnished his tune, and looked up to see everyone had now exited the Inn.
"I hope we mean to go by foot, because I have no horse," he said, to no one in particular. Nelnya rubbed her triangle shaped hean against his cheek in almost a comforting manner. Von had to smile at her.
It's no problem, Nelnya, but thanks for caring, he said to her tellepathically.
I just hate seeing you sad, or in pain, or angry, she replied to him, and in turn recieved a scratch on the chin...

"Yes, we are traveling by foot!" Eavan announced to the group. She smiled at Tristan and then asked, "Is everyone ready?"

Tristan set off to the gate of the town. Klic klac sounded his cane on the cold stones of the road. He walked with a steady pace, impatient to get finally out of town again. The open and the quiet attracted him. Large planes or dark woods he prefered them all over those petty towns where all people whispered and stared at him. Eventhough the wilderness meant solitude, it was freedom to him.

Strider hung out towards the back of the group, not sure where to travel. He didn't fit in with any of the people, and he knew why. For one, he was only seventeen. And another, no one liked him, since he was labeled "rude" thanks to Eavan. He looked at each individual in the group. We are not a normal group. He laughed a little inside his head. They were all outcasts, for sure, but there was something different about each one. Some looked hurt, some looked hopeful. They were all opposites of each other.

Vondell put away his pipes, and walked along with the rest in silence. He walked near the middle of the small, strange group. His mind was away on what was to come. What dangers the group might face. What losses, or what they would gain.
Von planned to keep a log of day to day happenings. Even if there was nothing interesting happening that day. But with such a strange group, how could there be a dull day? It would certaintly be an interesting story, and Von hoped to live through it till the end. He didn't plan for this to be his last adventure...
