That is AWESOME! River and the Eleventh Doctor are my favorite Doctor Who characters (I'm totally obsessed.) In fact, Crutchie (another member here) and I gave ourselves Doctor Who nicknames, and I'm River. To join an RP, you just browse and find one that you're interested in, create a character, and jump on in! It's a lot easier than it seems, believe me.
