Hey everyone! I'm Synariel~ ^^ I originally joined back around 2004 when AU was still a Proboards site then migrated here a bit later. It seems some other members have been dropping by again lately so I thought I'd make a new intro to say Hi ^^ I really miss this old place. Modern day social media just doesn't compare at all. There's always some fighting or drama going on it seems   ... It's just too tiring for me.  I really hope we can revive this place and make it great again!

I agree with your comments regarding social media. I used to be on a site like this one that was (mainly) about Star Wars, and I enjoyed my time a lot more on the internet then. I've only joined, recently.

Welcome back! The place has become sort of like Annuminas after the Northern Dunedain moved the seat of power to Fornost. There still a few of us around though I would be considered a 'newbie' by you as I joined in 2007. The site seems to be 'maintained' and I think the spambots get swept out every month if they are reported, but it is doubtful there will be any renovation and update by the site owner. Still, with the old members returning, and if the continue to return, we may reach critical mass and reclaim the place and make it more like it was.

Hi Hanasian! So nice to meet you! Actually I'd consider you an oldie as well ^^ 2007 was quite a while ago now. I'm glad you are here again too I reported a spam bot a couple days ago haha. Is it the mods that clean them out? I really hope more old members return as well

Yeah that was thirteen years ago. How time flies! I've been regularly, then semi-regilarly rangering through the site. Had some RPs going for a bit, but That has pretty much migrated to another board. People seem to pop in out of the blue and say hello, but then never to return. Glad to see you coming back!
I know the site admin has a family and a business now and doesn't have time to maintain an old college web project, and most all the mods have long since faded away. i think Will was the last one seen here publicly.
It is good to meet you and chat!

Nice to see another member back.
Being able to revive this place would be great, and hopefully it'll be something that can be done. I would consider myself somewhat of a latecomer as i only joined in 2011 though i visited the site regularly before then.
IN any case, great to see you back!
