Howdy, ya'll! My "name" is Nordithan (obviously), and I'm new (also obviously). I'm a huge LotR fan(atic), both books and movies. Actually reigning LotR trivia champion of my website (of like 12 ppl), my city, and my family, a title I carry very proudly.

My favorite book character is Faramir, Aragorn, Pippin, or Eowyn, and my favorite movie character is Boromir, Faramir, Eowyn, Aragorn, or Pippin. (I know, way too many for anyone's good). I guess Pippin recurrs because he's a clutzy little fool/idiot, much like me. w00t w00t!

Other random facts... uh... I play basketball, I live in a frozen state (-15F this week!!), I love computery stuff, I love to read, I'm a music junky (go country!), and I tend to get rather obsessive.

Wow. That was long. I'm sorry for boring ya'll out of your minds.

Hello, and welcome Nordithan! If you have any questions please feel free to ask anyone from the Welcoming Team. Don't worry about the long post, that was actually a very good introduction! Actually, most new people don't really tell us much about themselves, most of them just say Hi, I'm new! That doesn't give us much to start a conversation.

You like country? I like it too, but I've always wondered, and forgive my stupidity: is Sarah Evans a country singer? I love her songs, but I can't quite place her genre of music.

Reigning LotR trivia champ eh? We'll see 'bout that. If you check out FotR Book Board, TTT Book board, RotK Book board, and the Silmarillion board you'll find our trivia threads. There are plenty of people there waiting for a challenge.
So, you live up north? Me too, England actually. It's rather cold up here too, I think maybe 6?C [about 40?F] and it's drizzling. I wish it would just snow already!!
