Greetings, everyone. I'm going to introduce myself now. My name is Alan. First thing you need to know about me: I'm a metalhead. Power, Black, Death, Folk, Progressive, Symphonic Black, any type of metal there is. I don't like Slayer. I don't like Slipknot and Korn either, but they're better than Slayer. Talk to me about music. I could go on for hours. I also, of course, like Lord of the Rings. I'm going to say that for some people who might think that I joined this board just because it looks cool. No. I like Lord of the Rings, but I like The Silmarillion much more. The Lord of the Rings movies also pwn mucho n00bs. I play guitar, been playing for 3 years and a couple of months. Any other guitar players out there, I'd love to talk about it. Take tips, give tips, preferences, play styles, whatever. I enjoy Norse Mythology as well. I'm a total n00b at it though, because I haven't take an official class on it. All I know I've taught myself. Which is a lot harder than just listening to a teacher. I'm a very big gamer. I like PC games the best, but console games are OK I guess. Talk to me about gaming. Examples of games: Counter-Strike (Source and 1.6), TES III: Morrowind, Battlefield 2, Call of Duty, Mercenaries, Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance series, Guild Wars, Armored Core series, Guilty Gear series, Prince of Persia. I doubt lots of you will read all that, but... anyways, cool. Nice-lookin' forums you've got here. |
