A hello to all, and a wave and such.

I am new to this board, yes, but I've been roleplaying for close to...9-10 years now, through lots of systems, many genres, and even multiple languages!

Elven, I admit, I haven't tried yet... ^_^;

I'm always interested in a new genre, or a new setting where I have to research some more. I do like LotR, although I'm not as obsessive as my father is, I must admit...

I think roleplaying is something that you have to try the first time with someone who's good enough to make it really enjoyable. From then on, you get hooked. ^_^;

As for the username, I use it everywhere. ^_^; If you see: Shadowstorm, Smoke-and-Shadows or Aiana, it's usually me. ^^

It's great to have a roleplaying family, yes...(sometimes), and as for the LotR obsession, I don't think I'll ever get as obsessed as some of the people I know.
