Billy was in a band before he got famous 
I remember when i met him...i kinda sorta just bumped into him in the middle of Buchanan Street in Glasgow when i was there doing some shopping - hes just exactly the sameguy that he is in the outakes and extras lol
and he's tiny...

it is sooo PRETTY! Ach it is set at the right time in the movie and every thing but he sings it very good and lovely.

I so love this song!! I think I have it memorized as well. It is so beautiful and Billy has a really great voice.
It really is a perfect fit for the scene, even though I cry my eyes out every time when it comes on. Faramir's suicide charge and then add Pippin singing. *wipes away tears*
