Oh...I am SO GLAD someone stuck this rule up here!! If there is one thing more insulting than a show-off with the elven language, let me know. I wish everyone would obey that rule. I've had some bad experiences in my day... |

I'm no Sindarian expert (I porbably spelled sindarian wrong) but I'm pretty sure that "suilaid" is hello. |

Mae govannen would be Well Met and you guys are corect about the translation of suilad/suilaid to my knowledge..... |

Amazing, I never even knew that suilaid/suilad ever even existed..awesome! I've learnt something new already! I just checked up in my Elvish Dictionary thing (whenever I find them on the web I store them on a file on the computer) and it says: greet/suilanno greeting/suilad ...this probably isn't much help to anyone right now, but anyway I thought I'd put that here... it may not even be exactly right! But anyway... (gee I say that a lot, "but anyway"... ) yeah... |
