Like I said, I know a bit of Quenya but I'm not an expert and I don't know any Sindarin.

hmmm... seen as I'm bored I guess I could share with you some of the very little Quenya I know.
The usual way to make a noun plural is by adding -r to the end of nouns ending in -a, -i, -o, -u or ië. eg Elda (elf) would become Eldar (elves)
Nouns ending in ë usually form their plural with -i (displacing the -ë). Nouns ending in a consonant also form their plural with i. eg aran (king) would become arani (kings).
Also the equivelant of "the" in Quenya is i, so "the king" would be i aran.
some random nouns.
aran - king
tári - queen
elda - elf
elen - star
harma - treasure
cirya - ship
alda - tree
Hope that's helpful (and correct!). Like I said I'm not an expert, but I tried!
