Not every country/city/state has a license requirement. Some do, although I don't know which places they are. Here in the UK there is no license, although there are councils and politicians that have been trying to get the sale of replica weapons banned.

Not in Califorina. Just don't decapitate anyone and you'll be fine. :)

Yup...United Cutlery are ending there LotRs run. I think the last thing they've put on sale is the Witch King Helm.

They were supposed to be making a Guthwine..and I was all set to buy it. Then they said, nah. Not making it now.
