Erm... no. I'd probably reason with him gently, and try not to be too confrontational; if I was, I think that would just bring out the Ring's influence more. Do I feel like yelling at him in that part? Oh yes.

Hmmm... I would think not. It's hard to exactly explain why... but... they all seem to be healthier and stronger, and their blood purer... that last bit sounded nasty.
