9. In ROTK, when Faramir is riding to Osgiliath with his men, that beautiful scene, he is riding on a mechanical horse, because he cant ride!
It kinda ruins the scene cos I am very close to laughter every time!

11. Craig Parker had to stand on platform blocks during a few of the Lórien scenes so that he could look as tall as an Elf is supposed to be.

12. Liv Tyler had to wake up at 3 every morning to get ready for filming.
13. It took 60 nights of night filming to film the Helm's Deep battle. (I feel very bad for the Actors, talk about sleep deprivation .)
