No, unless he insulted Kili or Legolas.
Would you ever refrain from yelling at Denethor?

Probably not.

Would you ever want to join Saruman if it meant saving someone's life?

Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

It depends on whose life I was saving.
Would you ever kill Gollum to save Gimli?

Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Most likely. I don't tend to yell at people.

EDIT:
If the only way to save Gimli was to kill him, then yes.

Would you ever go help in the Houses of Healing?

Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Possibly.
Would you ever pretend to be a boy so you could fight (like Eowyn did?)

Author:  Seren [ April 18th, 2013, 5:01 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Not unless I'd had training to fight. Otherwise I would just get killed.

Would you ever spend the rest of your life in Moria if it was the only place in Middle-earth you could go to?

Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Nope.

Would you ever fight the balrog?

Author:  Seren [ April 18th, 2013, 5:05 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

If fighting it meant giving enough time for others to escape then yes. If it was just the two of us I'd run.

Would you ever go to Gondolin?

Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Sure.

Would you ever change the course of the books if you could?

Author:  Seren [ April 18th, 2013, 5:14 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

No.

(I did have a massive long paragraph explaining why but I've realised that I think far too much about these questions :teehee: )

Would you ever name any of your children (or pets if you don't want children) after characters from Tolkien's works? (If you don't want children or pets, hypothetical ones )

Author:  Bellatrix [ April 18th, 2013, 5:17 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Considering I've had two cats named Gandalf and Pippin: yes. xD
And I'm strongly going to advocate for the right of giving mine and my girlfriend's future children "Merry" as a middle name. Regardless of whether it's a boy or a girl. xD

Would you ever kill Gollum?

Author:  Seren [ April 18th, 2013, 5:35 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

No. He was needed in order for the Ring to be destroyed. If I killed him, Frodo might never destroy the Ring.

(Seriously, I think far too much about these questions. )

Would you ever save Kíli from dying in the Battle of the Five Armies if it meant Bilbo was killed instead?

Author:  Bellatrix [ April 18th, 2013, 5:37 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Nope. Bilbo was of great importance later on, what with the whole Frodo business.

Would you ever want to live in ME without all your friends and family?

Author:  Seren [ April 18th, 2013, 5:41 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Oh gods yes. (I'd only really miss my dogs and my best friend. Long story. )

Would you ever chose to be Bifur (the film version) if it was the only way you could go to Middle-earth?

Author:  Bellatrix [ April 18th, 2013, 6:12 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

Nope.

Would you ever want to have hobbit feet?

Author:  Seren [ April 18th, 2013, 6:20 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: The "Would you ever...?" game

I already have hobbit feet. (Wait, does that belong in the TMI thread? :teehee: )
But I wouldn't want them, no.

Would you ever enter a drinking contest against Legolas?
