"If you'd seen me and my folks way over at Bree, you'd swear we bent our knees to keg! You should see the yearly beer festival in Staddle! Never had so many types of grog been served in one place!"
Daisy snickered. "D'you remember last year, when you'd sampled every type?"
Dandy rubbed his head as if it ached at the memory. "Never again."

"Grog is a good thing, though I have weak head and probably would not rised again after well served portion" Birif scrubbed his head. "In Hobbiton we have so many festivals that I always almost regret I can't drink. But...but...at the other hand. It's said that probably Gandalf will be on Bilbo's party! I always was curious what secrets he hides under his wizard robes..."

Cason sniffed amused.

Dandy nodded. "I haven't heard from him since I can't think when! I heard that he's got a nice show to put on for us, but nobody knows what he's up to. I wonder if he has anything to do with all the dwarves and elves comin' through here and Bree? Y'don't see anything like that everyday. Why, just last week I saw five er six elves comin' right by my shack, and right behind 'em three dwarves! I dunno about you, friends, but Elves allowing Dwarves that close doesn't just happen."
Daisy shrugged. "You never know, I suppose. Whatever it is the wizard is up to, it's going to be fantastic, you mark my word!"

Cason clapped his hands. "I am seriously thinking that Gandalf may cause troubles. But I am all for troubles, it's time something happened in this hole. Not that I am thinking bad about Hobbiton, it's my land, it's my home."

He put his hand on Birif's shoulder.

"I am going with you, my friend. To Bree. I am maybe known for being boring and adventures are not my type of relax but who knows...maybe it will be safe and sound, as they say...I hope you don't mind my company?" he turned to Dandy and Daisy.

Cason snorted. "I must go help my brother with his garden. See you later, ol' Took. And it was pleasure to meet you" he bowed to Daisy and shaked hand of dandy. "See you all on Baggins' party. Not you, Took, we will see tomorrow."

Daisy and Dandy bowed and bade him farewell.
"Ah, it's nice to have compnay on our trip," sighed Daisy. "It gets a bit... repetitive, if you catch my meaning."
Dandy laughed.
"I'll say! Blasted southerners intimidate all the others. It takes guts to want to venture into their land. But for the most part they leave us alone; they're lookin' to pick fights, and hobbits ain't fighters. Well, most of 'em, anyway. There was, of course, old Bullroarer."

Birif laughed and shaked the hand of Dandy then bowed to Daisy.

"My friend has right, I am the one, who helps with Bilbo's party. I must go and visit the old chap. He doesn't want any visit but I will be stubborn!"

Cason went through Hobbiton with proud smile and while looking at each hobbit, he thought what would they said if they knew that one of most stable hobbits wants to go to Bree. Well, Tooks can go wherever they want but Cason was known for not liking adventures.

Suddenly he heard steps behind him and he felt touch on his shoulder. He turned and smiled. "Terri!" he shouted loud. "I see you gained some weight since we last have seen each other!"

Rosie walked down the hills and she saw Bilbo from his window. He was preparing invitation cards and boy there was much paper on his desk. He saw Cason and Terri and he ran to speak with them.
"Hey guys are you waiting Bilbo's 111th birthday?" she asked with a large smile. Rosie straightened her orange and green dress while waiting the answer.

Cason made proud expression "Yes, I was first that was invited. Besides this Took, Birif. He was even more...first. I think he plans to do something with ol' Bilbo. I wish I knew what!"

"They are close together like twins...well, almost" Terri smiled. He was young hobbit that knew Cason for many years and knew that his friend was excited about the party as noone, Cason liked parties and family meetings.
