"I think I will for a few more nights." she sent a lopsided grin his way before splashing him again and wading out of reach should he decide to splash her. "I could show you around."

Thoril pursed his lips as he slyly hitched up his trousers. "I would like that very much." He smiled warmly at her before wading into the water himself. He caught his breath as the water swirled around his ankles.

"Perhaps you would like to look in the weapons shop? I enjoy looking there myself." she kicked more water at him "Or maybe the flower shop, for your lady friend you've got hidden somewhere?" she laughed "Although, I still think you would like the weapons shop."

"I guess it would do me good to upgrade my weapons," he mused. He lightly splashed water at her, snickering faintly. "What lady friend?" He raised his brows at her.

"Obviously someone like you has a lady friend stashed away somewhere!" she laughed and sent more water in greater quantity his direction. "I could also show you the best vendors and the wares they sell, and how to haggle the prices down the right way." she grinned.

"Someone like me?" He tilted his head. "I have no idea what you mean." He grinned as he stepped out of the way of the water. "I get the feeling I am about to learn alot from you," he smirked.

"Oh? You're sure you don't know what I mean?" she laughed "You might, but then again, you might already know those things and are just trying to flatter me." she teased

"Yes, I am quite sure I have no idea what you mean," he looked at her puzzled. "And I wouldn't try to flatter you. A wize man once said: 'Flatter me, and I may not believe you. Criticize me, and I may not like you. Ignore me, and I may not forgive you. Encourage me, and I will not forget you. Love me and I may be forced to love you.' Therefore, in short, if I were to flatter you, you would not believe me."

She dipped her head "Wise words indeed, as are you to follow them." she smiled before splashing him once more before skipping to the dry ground, laughing. She gathered her hair over her shoulder. "I am sure once we get back to town and you have all the young women doting over you, you'll know what I mean." she chuckled some more. It would no doubt happen, men who entered this town seldom left without some form of a girl. There were so many young women in this town it was almost unbelievable.

Thoril stepped onto the bank and shrugged his shoulders down over his muscly legs and pulled on his shoes. "What of your companions?" He asked. "Should we return and fetch them?" Thoril ran a hand through his hair. "I think you exaggerate, Miss Callie.." he chuckled. "Good to know you think I am so handsome though," he winked at her.

She looked down "I suppose. I actually don't know them.." she stopped "I didn't say that," she winked "I just know the young women will be all over you." she shook her head in humor the started walking back towards the town, knowing he would follow, it was getting dark anyway. She wondered at the companion of the other elven woman. It confused her at how he had been there as well...she shoved it from her mind as she walked. It wasn't her business.

Thoril fell in to step behind her. "Thank you by the way." Thoril said after a small while of silence. "For keeping me company this evening. It was most enjoyable. I do hope I get to spend more time with you before you move on to the next town." He bowed his head to her.

She sent him a soft smile "It was my pleasure, as I found it most enjoyable as well." that had taken her off guard. "So you do plan to set up for the night?" she inquired with a small, shy dip of her head.

Thoril gazed at her intently. "Oh yes," he said with a soft smile. "I do believe I shall spend the night...and maybe a few nights after that...depending..." He shrugged his shoulders.

She smiled and kept her gaze down "I think you'll like it here." she looked up as they got closer to the town. She snickered as some of the young women were already congregated near the entrance of the inn. "I wish you luck on surviving." she smirked.

"Not so fast. According to my calculations, you owe me." He smirked as they walked towards the inn. "Will you rescue me Callie?"
