(again, here's where we left off)

"Shes so beautiful..." Nadia said. She hugged Sydney.

Sydney scanned her daughter's face. She looked eep into her eyes and noticed something. "She has Vaughn's eyes." Sydney whispered.

(i have been posting im gonna play vaughn for a bit)
Vaughn shifted in his seat. He looked outside the airplane window and his mind drifted to Sydney. The corners of his mouth twitched, as if to smile. But he thought again. Today was October 1st. The day Sydney was due to have her baby. It was also the day his father's watch stopped and the day he met her. He turned away from the window and rubbed his temples. He had been getting horrible headaches since he left Sydney. He hoped that she and the baby were ok.

Kali walked out of the room she had been in to see Sark and Husian talking as they walked down the staircase. It didn't seem like a happy conversation. When Husian walked away she watched Sark, wondering what was going on.

Weiss, Marshall and Dixon walked over to Sydney's bed. "She's beautiful." Dixon said.
"Say hi to your Uncle Eric!" Weiss exclaimed.
"Hey! She and Mitchell can get together and play." Marshall smiled.
Sydney laughed. She was glad to have all her friends here.

Sydney slowly opened her eyes. She turned to her right side to see Kayden fast asleep in the crib next to her bed. The doctor and nurses wanted her to sleep in another room with all the other babies, but Sydney firmly put her foot down. She wanted her baby with her the whole time. She rolled back onto her back and glanced over to the left. Her father was fast asleep on the couch in the room. Sydney smiled to herself. She was glad that he was here. Sydney picked up a magazine from the bedside table and opened it, and began reading it.
