Vanessa drumed her fingers on the table while listening to Dumbldore's usual speech, she sighed and looked around. Vanessa quickly glanced at Harry and turned away. She had no idea how she would tell him.

Hermione smiled at Harry and Ron and sat down opposite both of them, another year at hogwarts, another adventure. She saw that Vanessa was looking at them... the girl had something strange about her. Hermione smiled at them again and looked up at Dumbledore

Jessica sighed quietly and laid her head on the table, red hair falling in her face, as Dumbledore continued to drone out his usual start-of-term feast. You'd think we'd all have this memorized after a couple years here.. she thought dryly, before raising her head slightly and looking around the Great Hall, before looking over at the Slytherin table, and exchanging glances with her brother.

Jeremy shook his head slightly as Jessica looked at him, then sighed softly in boredom. Same every year... he thought dryly, leaning back slightly and looking around out of sheer boredom.

Stacy looked up from her seat. This year, amazingly, she was listening Dumbledore's speech so she wasn't completely surprised when he mentioned the tournament. But in the second everyone else seemed to wake up, she leaned back on the wall and closed her eyes. What was the point of listening anymore? They were all too young to participate. She turned to her sister and gave her one disaproving look as she saw that Izzy was all excited too. Slightly frowing she turned to Ron, Harry and Hermione hoping to find some common sense there.
