Anakin smirked toward Reia, "Good to see you again..." He turned to Padme with one of his real smiles and said, "What will we be having for dinner?" His hand drifted to touch hers, but pulled it back before it did.

Padme pretend not to notice his hands. But she couldn't help but notice the rush flowing through her as they drifted towards her and disappointment as they pulled away. "Fruit, salad, a traditional Naboo soup, and ham."
(what kind of meat do they eat? I know they have pears, apples, salads, and a soup from Naboo, which I can't remember what its called, but have never seen them eat meat.)

Anakin smiled at Padme as she seemed to grow excited. He looked deep in her face and said, "Sounds beautiful." He caught himself, his eyes nervously searched his mind for a word, "Delicious, I meant to say delicious."

Padme nodded. Thoughts zoomed around her mind. She relaxed though as the dinner bell rang. "The dining room is just through here," she said mainly to Anakin but loudly enough for everyone to here. She walked through the doorway. "Please, make yourselves at home."

"Thank you Padme." He followed her into the dining room. Before she could even sit down Anakin pulled a seat out for her. He smiled in doing so, and awaited her to take a seat.

Some one knocked at the door it was Obi-wan. He came inside.

She gave a small grin. "Thank you, Anakin." Padme sat down. But moments later she stood again. "Obi-Wan! I'm glad you and your apprentice could join us." Ten years is a long time, she thought.

Reia forced a half-smile - not very convincing - at Anakin, then quickly changed to a scowl as she dug into her salad, stabbing the plate a bit too hard with her fork and quickly apologizing to Padmé.

Anakin's eyes shot back at Reia as she started stabbing at the plate. He raised an eyebrow and showed a smirk, "Seems as though you are a little hungry?" He seemed to chuckle to himself.

Reia's eyes narrowed and her right eyebrow raised in a venomous and poisonous, yet harmless and innocent/playful look, then picked up the pieces of salad she had stabbed without moving her eyes, and ate it. Every Jedi at the table knew of the tension between them, the mutual harmless dislike.
