Padme nods, thankful that she's not the only one who felt the Chancellor odd. "I'll try, but--" She looks up at him suddenly. "Obi-Wan...." She leaves the sentence trailing, letting her eyes ask the question.

(Eomer, would the Jedi really let Palpatine, a politician and guy they don't trust anyway enter into the Jedi temple?)
Palpatine sat in his room with the window now to his back.
He smiled to himself, as he thought about his plans.
He amused himself, believing that there was no way it could fail.

Anakin trailed off to a window and stared out to look at the building Palpatine was in. He let out a heavy sigh and rubbed his forehead with a hand wondering why there was so much distrust in Obi-Wan and the council.

He listened to Padme untill her sentence trailed off...
"Padme...what is it??"
He looked turned around..seeing nothing...but when he did turn around he saw Anakin looking out the window. He had a feeling what he was looking at. He shook his head slowly and sighed.

Sebirrae noticed Anakin look out the window. Did he sense it too? she wondered. But then , the way he talked about the chancellor, she figured maybe not.

Anakin sensed Obi-Wan's glance towards him. His head turned around to meet his Master's face. His eyes had that confused, angered look about them, as they slowly drifted away back to the window.

He turned back to Padme.
"There's not much I can do for Anakin now. His fate is his own, but I am doing whatever I can for him.."
His voice was calm as he hands were in front of himself.

Padme nods and looks over at Anakin, then back to Obi-Wan. "What...side...do you think the Chancellor is on? I mean, he claims to be on our side, but... What if he's not?...."

Anakin breathed slowly still looking toward the chancellor's building. At least he knew that Palpatine trusted him, he felt comfort from it, but why was he feeling no comfort from his Master. The one he knew as a father figure.

He looked down then back up at Padme. That he did not know. He knew the Chancellor was suppost to be on there side but he had a feeling he was not.
"That is one thing that I can not say, Padme.." He shook his head..
((I think it would be a good idea for Anakin to go find the Chancellor and I try to find him..))
He wanted was going to go see the Chancellor as soon as possiable. He wanted to speak to him about this..

Chancelllor Palpatine sat quietly, his hands folded
in his usual way across his chest.
He sensed anger from the Jedi temple across from him.

Anakin turned away from the window with a frown. He knew what he wanted to do, that was to go see the Chancellor. Maybe he could be the one to understand him.
He took his leave towards the direction of the Chancellor's building, but before he was out of sight, he gave on last glance at Obi-Wan, that glance wasn't a good one.
He reached the Chancellor's courters and walked into the room, without making a sound. He felt a relief inside him knowing the Chancellor would help him.

Sebirrae, stil feeling troubled, watched Anakin walk away.
Suddenly her trainer, came running up to her. "Sebirrae," she said
I've been looking for you." she paused trying to catch her breath.
"What's wrong?" Sebirrae asked putting her hand on
her trainer's shoulder.
"Yoda says he feels a disturbance in the chancellor's
building there." she pointed to the window across from them.
"I had been troubled myself," she said. "Now I know why."
Sebirrae figured that had to have been what was bothering her.
"We've been assigned to check things out. Come on! Hurry!"
Sebirrae said goodbye to her friend, who wished them luck, and
headed for the building next to them with her trainer.
