Hello, everyone! I'm very interested in the keto diet because I want to change my approach to nutrition and possibly lose weight. I've heard that this system is very effective, but I'm afraid of making mistakes at the beginning. It would be interesting to hear the opinions of those who have already been on keto: how does this transition to fats instead of carbohydrates feel, what do you usually eat, is it difficult to keep it up?

I have been on the keto diet for three months now. I experienced “carb shock” in the first few days as my body switched from using carbohydrates to fat for energy. I often felt tired during this time. However, my body has now gotten used to the diet. I have lost 2kg in 3 months.
