I've never done a roleplay before (I'm awful at writing) but I want to start trying to do one. A Harry Potter one would be a perfect way to start :D

Well, you can go ahead and start if you have enough participants and I drop in whenever I have the time for more RPGs. This might not be the case until July, so please don't wait for me. ;)

I'd love to join! We had a HP roleplay last year, but most members stopped RP-ing/visiting the forum so we never really continued after that. To be honest, I consider myself an unexperienced but enthusiastic roleplayer, so if you're willing to put up with that I'm in :)

Great! I am happy I am gathering so many people :) My sister will also join but she went to sleep so she won't post that ^^

Can you write a little about your character? I think tomorrow I will settle the roleplay in session forum. Remember, we are first years, maybe in Marauders times?

Yes! I will join this RPG!

I think that Marauders era is great for the start. It's enough rps that are set in Trio era. Can we play Remus, Sirius and guys or only OCs?

Marauders' Era sounds very interesting, the Marauders are actually some of my favorite characters from HP. I'll think about a character and post a bio as soon as I've come up with something decent :)

EDIT: Preliminary bio (might add/change info):

Name: Morgan Whytlaw
Age: 11
Appearance: Heigth about 5'5, normal posture. Wavy red hair that reaches just below her shoulderblades, grey/green-ish eyes and a lot of freckles during summer.
Character: Morgan comes from an all magical Scottish family with three older sisters. She is quiet and shy, and prefers to see what others do before she acts herself. However, when she has the feeling that someone is being hurt, she'll get out of her comfort zone and step in to help that person. She likes reading, so she's really looking forward to all those interesting spellbooks.
House: Ravenclaw

Age: 11
Appearance: Very small boy, even for his 11 years. Has green eyes and short black hair with fringe, also is very pale.
Character: Comes from pureblood family in London and is very proud of it. He never tells his opinions about mudbloods and stuff because father told him they are not very popular in Hogwarts. He is snobby, proud and mean but makes friends very quickly because he can hide with his personality. He likes to laugh at other Houses other than Slytherin.
House: Slytherin

We can start at the sorting ceremony, what do you think? ;)

Age: 11
Appearance: Natural blonde with long stright hair and blue eyes. She has little freckles on face, even is she is not red head. She is tall and slim.
Character: Muggleborn, didn't know anything about Hogwarts until she got the letter so she is very excited. She is kind and open-minded, easily makes friends and has always nice word for the others. She likes to learn and can't wait to start Transfiguration classes. She has strong will and brave heart.
House: Gryffindor.

I thought I'd post my question here instead of clogging up the actual RP thread ;-)
So you want to start at the Sorting Ceremony? Or should we wait for Seren, and maybe Torziel (who was also interested) to come up with their bios before we start?

I will have more time to think up my first post and look what you wrote already :P So post ahead, I sent question for Seren but didn't get reply yet and Torziel should quickly join after she log in and write her bio ^^
