Who is your favorite hobbit and why?! Or...who is your favorite hobbit actor and why?!

My all-time favorite Hobbit is Peregrin Took. I just adore him so much. He is funny and he is innocent and he still is able to defend his friends when it comes to a fight.
I know book Pippin is not the same as movie Pippin. But in the books, Sam is my favorite hobbit.

I'd say Merry, but I like them all a lot. I voted for Merry, because he's the most similar one to me, I guess.

I was the first one to vote for Frodo, lol. :P I like the others though, too, especially Sam. I think Pippin's very sweet, and I used to think Merry was kind of boring, but then recently I realized that Dom does that "fangirly thing" to me (but not as much as Elijah does :P ). lol It sort of snuck up on me, so I was a bit freaked out, but now I like him. :)

my fave is Frodo cause I am madly in love with Elijah and when I saw his eyes I become madder than mad. But as a character he is not as funny as Merry and Pippin are, they are really great especially Pippin, and also very very cute both

I love Pippin!! Ee...Billy Boyd is so cute and funny...and I <3 his accent:) But of course, I love the other hobbits for different reasons, but Pip is the best. Both the movie and book versions (is that a good word to use here...just sounds weird...)

Yep, that was a compliment, Haldir. :P You're right! Sam is so sweet. He's my favorite after Frodo.
Earendil, i'm glad to see another in this thread who's madly in love with the Ringbearer (or the one that played him ;) ). We've got to stick together! :P

I love all the hobbits! I would have to say Pippin is my favorite from the movie. He's so funny and I LOVE the accent! And Sam is my favorite from the books - his loyalty and trust.
And Eariel, you aren't the only one who loves the Ringbearer. I think he's amazing, but I can't compare him with the other hobbits. He's different, less hobbit-y in a way.

I agree, he seems very...almost Elven and otherworldly. :P That's one of the reasons why I love him...
Pippin's accent is wonderful, you're right. :) I'm currently trying to acquire a Scottish and an Irish accent just for fun, so with the former one it helps to just think of Billy. :P

Frodo all the way...I dunno, I just love him. I like Sam too but Frodo is definetely my fave. Maybe it's his eyes...or his smile...
