BEST MOVIE EVER(next to LOTR of course) It was soo sad!!! I cried thoughout liek the whole thing....so many people die!! Orlando's character was somewhat of a wimp...but well-played none the less, and so sweet! He'd do ANYTHING for Helen, what I wouldnt do for a guy like that( It doesnt hurt that he's VERRY good looking) But seriously...awsome movie..n e one have n e fav. characters or parts in the movie, or just wanna say why they liked or disliked it? lol

poor Hector!!! that's what comes to mind when I hear "Troy". hee hee. Yeah, Orlando tends to play the wimpy guys...but oh well, then there would no storyline, eh? Overall very cool movie.

Absolutly adored it. I loved how Orlando wasn't a big macho hero. Dont get me wrong, I love Orlando. It was just so cool to see him play a different kind of character. I mean he played the dumb butt who started the whole war and was stupid enough to challange Menelaus when he knew he would die. I loved it. No other movie effected me like Troy did. Sean Bean was encredible. I swear I cried so hard. Sorry for rambling.

Had another thought. I didn't see this in theaters. My cousin told me to watch it. So I was alone watching this movie and in the begining the voice sounded so familiar. Then when we meet Odysseus I went crazy. I was screaming Sean Bean, Its Sean Bean. Love Sean Bean. He's gonna be in The Island with Ewan McGregor.

Before I watched this movie I thought I wouldn't like because of the changes from the myth people were already complaining about. But I really liked it, I even bought it, which I hardly ever do. I thought it was awesome and the core of the story was there, and the actors did a very good performance. I missed the fact they didn't incorporate the intervention of the gods in the whole event. I didn't miss the changes in Achilles and Patrochlous' relationship...

I liked the movie, but it wasn't very accurate at all. In the book that I read, Achilles and Paris both die before the Trojan horse thing, and Helen goes back with Menalous! The acting of the movie is all pretty good. (especially Eric Bana ) But, sorry guys, I don't think Orlando and the woman who played Helen had very much chemistry, sorry.

I loved the movie. I especially loved Eric Bana and Sean Bean. I thought both played their characters well. It's ture that the movie wasn't very accurate but I enjoyed it nonetheless (probably some of the inaccuracies came from the fact that the directors wanted to make Achilles the main hero so they had him die going back for the woman he loved).
I thought all the actors/actresses did a great job in their role. I wasn't fond of Orlando's character either, but he played it well. Overall I thought it was a very good movie- I saw it three times in theaters, definately not as much as LOTR but it was still good.

I loved the movie! My favorite character is probably Hector...So sad that he dies.
But I don't really care about how unaccurate it is...They had to make it into a good movie story, you know?
Well I saw it in the theater once and now I have it on DVD.

It's a good movie. I loved how Sean Bean and Eric Bana worked in it. I have to say that I really hated Orlando Bloom's character although I love him. That character was a wimp
