Hey everyone,
I recently came across rehabilitation
this article and it got me thinking about how different people actually experience the recovery process in real life. The article talks about timelines and expectations, but I know that everyone’s journey can be completely different.
For those of you who’ve been through rehab — or know someone who has — what was the most surprising or challenging part?
Did the process feel as structured as articles describe, or was it more unpredictable and personal?
Would love to hear some real, human experiences to get a better sense of what it’s actually like. Thanks!
