Why is it so hard to figure out where to tap in some banking apps? That’s a never-ending problem for me. I don’t think I’m dumb or anything. I usually figure out new apps pretty easily. But some apps just make no sense at all. |

I’ve noticed that too. I actually really like the bank itself. Great services that work for both personal and business stuff. But the app? Impossible to find anything. |

It’s an interface issue that just wasn’t fixed in time. Maybe they had a bad UI/UX team, maybe something else. But whatever it was, it really matters. I worked with lazarev.agency, and they even have a specific service for financial products https://www.lazarev.agency/industries/fintech . It’s a good example of how great products can lose users just because they’re not easy to use. |
