er, ok, now I feel like I'm losing my mind (which, I guess is a possibility, but you know ;)) but just a minute ago I tried to come on and it said AU was suspended and a bunch of other stuff (*cue absolute panic ;)*)... then I went away and came back and hoped and prayed it would work, clicked the link again and, POW, here I am... :blink: er, so I'm really confused now....

So, ummm, yeah... :erm:

That happened to me also, and one of my friends I was talking to, it scared me so bad I actually went into a real panic attack. I can breathe again.

It was like that all morning for me. I figured Arweb or one of the mods would deal with it in due time - I promise you there was no reason to panic, worse things have happened. So I left it a couple hours and everything was fine.

yeah, I know. :erm: I think more than anything it really caught me off guard and it shocked me... it's just something you never really think about until it happens. You never expect AU to not be there at your every beck-and-call. :P but at least it's ok now. And I guess I figured/hoped Arweb and the mods would work it out soon enough... but you know. Sometimes you can't help but panic just a little. (probably just goes to show how addicted you are. :innocent:) and it was weird... :blink: I'm just happy to hear it didn't only happen to me and I'm not going insane. lol ;)

Happened to Monty and I also, we were having a mutual freakout over it earlier today. :P At least it wasn't a huge all-week thing.

I agree, Ali, I was really afraid it would be a week long deal too... :erm:

It's like the Great A-U Forum Crash of '05 all over again... only this time there was a suspension and not a crash.. and it lasted for a few hours only! hehe

Glad it's all up and running again! :D

This will be an event that I doubt anyone will forget(at least for awhile). And this thread will be come very populuar.

Er... glad I had school to keep me busy and I just got home around 3:30 PM or else I would have wondered what was going on and wouldn't have a distraction to keep me from my homework... :whistle:

But it seems to be fine now... so we can just hope it won't happen again. :happy:

ha I check AU at school this afternoon - it worked before lunch, and then when I tried to log on after lunch - suspended!

but by the time I got home and logged on again, I had completely forgotten it :P I would have never remembered unless I found this thread...

Actually I can't remember it because it never happened to me... since I was at school during the time and I don't frequent this site too often.

I got the same message too earlier today, but i wasn't too nervous. Didn't the message say somthing about it would be up again once the mod fixed it?
