I made several elvixh countries, and found it rather fun (rping thread)

but so anyways, I had an idea while doing it. It would be cool to not only have family trees, but to make ROYAL family trees. To create our own elvish citys and countries. For example, my family(I am using the one I made up before)

Athan nen- Meaning Land beyond the water
Have a queen, -Bereth Pandora
King- Aren Glorfindel
Princess'- Aranel's Haldir O lorien, Arelen, Miluiel_legolas is mine! so on and so forth

This could tie into the indavidual threads for fmailies too. It could be a rping thing.

It would be fun too, to make our own country. Then we can have dealings, war(friendly of course) and what ever else with the other families/Countries

An interesting idea...

I think it definitely has potential of being fun! But the downside of it (that in my mind, seems to be weighing more) is that it could add more confusion. Who's a Princess, who is not, which country so-and-so belongs to...

I don't know. Maybe I'm just sort of making this up. By all means, it's very creative and cool, I just feel that newbies and members are already incredibly confuzzled as only to which family they belong in! Giving everyone titles and homes would only make it worse.


Anyway, just my opinion. :)

but then newbies dont have to join the family thing if they dont want to ... whats so confusing about it?

well ok ... i guess if people call each other by "princess" or whatever, it'll confuse them, but its just the same as regular names, newbies will have hard time getting it all straightened out, but i think this idea is a good one ...

^did that make any sense at all? :blink:

To answer Gwen's question about who is a princess and allthat, everyone is, exept for one, who is the queen. Exept of course if your a guy then your a prince of king....

And about confuzing newbs by calling each other princess, we dont have to call each other by our royal titles.

This could work. I like the idea, it's neat. Maybe we could try. But first we have to figure out families. If I remember correctly, Herenya stopped tracking families somewhere on page 82, and since then a lot of people joined the A-U family tree.

i'm working on that, if people would send me a small list of who there mom, dad, brothers/sisters and aunts/uncles and children and cousins are, i'd be great!
