The reason for this poll is that with dial-up, clips take a long time to download and slow down page-loading time. Also, clips can be annoying if they play every time you arrive at a page. However, they can be kind of cool and fun, too. Please let me know what you think!

..back again, picking myself up, dusting off..and facing life..

I like the music on the homepage, but I think that's enough...I have dial-up, and it sometimes takes awhile to load. I think having it on all pages would be a bit too much..

Well I put just on the home page, but I don't mind the music.

Once I went on the homepage in school, and I didn't know my computer had speakers in the actual PC part, and it came out playing The Rohan theme or something really loud!

Well, I love the music, so naturally, I'd want the music to be on every page possible, but I wouldn't pester the webmistress about it because it might take a lot of time and work.

I voted for the downloadable clips in the media section.

The reason why I voted for this is because some members may not like having music on any of the pages at all. Giving members the option to have music or not would be cool. 8)

I liked it when there used to be music on every page, and I miss it now.

It can be annoying when you're listening to other music on your computer and the music starts playing automatically. Maybe if you could turn it on or off (and the button wasn't at the bottom of the page) it would be better.

Personally I think the automatic music should be up to the person, letting those who want to listen to it play it themselves instead of being automatic. I also think its enough on the home page or the media page. I've got hi-speed wireless connection so I don't really mind, but I think a lot of people listen to their own music when surfing, at least I do.

When I'm listening to music on my computer while I'm on the internet it's really annoying when music comes on automatically. The rest of the time I have the sound off completly - or at least I turn it off as soon as I come to a site with music.

I say that they should be just in the downloads section so we can listen to them if we want to.

Also I don't know if it's because of the music but the home page of A-U is the slowest page on the internet that I go on. The other pages are fine though

I have dial-up and I haven't encountered any problems. I voted for clips on every page because yours are always wonderful clips, and they actually work, when on many other sites they don't.

Clips for download only. If I am trying to listen to my own music and something comes up on a page, it annoys me soo much!
