Whoohooo! Welcome to the fantastic battle between Goldleaf and Nurrantiel, featuring the lovely ship Merlin/Morgana from BBC's Merlin. (If you don't know about them yet, you clearly haven't been looking at anyone's sigs for the past few months.) They are awesome and amazing and canon. They're totally canon. I don't care what you say. :teehee: Fine. They should be canon.

I found this fantastic video on youtube. >I love it. It's so perfectly, perfectly done that it makes me ship them even more.

Here's my volley... =) Basically I just used the general season 2 poster for this banner, because the way Merlin and Morgana are placed next to each other is adorable. And I've used a lyric from "No surprise" by Daughtry, which I think really suits them!

Nice one Goldy!

Yeah, Gwen & Merlin were cute together, but I think everyone knew it was a not-going-to-last thing. More like Gwen finally found someone nice who paid attention to her. As she mentions in a later episode, "When do I get to meet any decent men?"

Oh, yeah, Merlin/Gwen was obviously not going to be an actual ship. I don't think there was much coming from Merlin's side, anyways. But, it was still cute, mainly because Gwen was so 'Gweny' with him.

And Nurr, that volley is lovely! It's just gorgeous, and I love what you did with the faces!

Nurr! You practically read my mind with that volley of yours! <3 It’s one of my all-time favourite M/M scenes. :-D Anyone who doubts M/M must see it – Merlin so obviously likes Morgana straightaway. <3333 You’ve made such a beautiful banner of the scene!

I knooow! They were just pretty much flat out telling us, "Ship them!" Love the volley! The colors are goooooorgeous. And I love how they overlay each other like that. And their EYES.

So, um, I'm [s]obsessed[/s] and was watching videos the other day and saw one that inspired me to try a manipulation. I think it turned out okay. :D

Thanks! And yeah, it's amazing what you can do with just putting the right images together. :P I prefer to think that they had sweet moments together but just hid them. SECRET MEETINGS! And of course, my problem is that I forget that it isn't canon. So I see >this scene and constantly wait for Merlin to go and kiss her. BECAUSE IT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
