I've got a bunch of the banners/sets/whatever finished but for the text, so if I can get packed and my homework finished and don't fall asleep on the computer like last night... I might have some done. 
Maetharanel: Thank you!  It was actually achieved with multiple color layers set to various blending modes. The funny thing is that I've never gotten it to work on anything but caps from that scene.  I've got to get to homework now, but next time I open photoshop I'll get you the specifics.

Overall Atmosphere: dark. you know, sort of forgotten? ink splots and the like.
