I have seen people with avatars that have a picture and feature a little clip on them as well. I was wondering, where do you get them or how do you make them?

I think you're talking about animated avatars right? I don't know how to make them but I do know that Livejounal.com has a bunch of people who make avatars and some of them are animated. Of course you'd have to make sure you could use them on other places besides LJ, some people are funny about that, and credit the person who made them.

Also Sola, www.iconator.com has some good animations too. I got mine there...

As in i want a small clip of Darth Maul doing his butterfly kick or any clip of him on my avy, but i can't seem to find anything like that...
