Character Pic(s)/Description: I'd love it if you provided a picture (or more) for me to use, but if you don't have pictures, tell me the celebrity or character you want me to use pictures of.
Main Text: Usually the person/character's name
Sub-text: Smaller text, like a quote or something
Font: Do you have a specific font in mind? If not, would you like a calligriphic script, something gothic, modern-ish, etc...?
Affects/Other: Anything else?
Avvy: Would you like me to make a 100x100 avatar to match the sig? Yes or no.
