Post subject:  Can Anyone Make Layouts?
I am thinking of changing my sites' layout and I am wondering if anyone could make the layout for me? I have very basic knowledge of HTML so a simple HTML layout would ideal. <a href="http://www.geocities.com/barneyhamster">Here</a> is the layout I have at the moment.

So something of a similar size is what I am looking for. If anyone is interested in doing this for me I will then give you an idea of what I'm looking for. Also, I don't mean to be rude, but I am looking for someone who has experience making layouts. ;)

I know a good layout maker...uhh..nut sure how to spell his username, but his one was Nordic. here is a layout he did for me:
