I have the ROTK on DVD and wanted to take a picture of one of the scenes. (I'm trying my luck at making a banner).
However, the copyright laws or whatever won't capture it when i press "Prtscn." How can i do this?
Thank you,
Cap

I dont think that you can take screen caps with Paint. And if you can, they will have super strict laws etc. about taking screen caps of movies and the like.
If you are willing, you could download GIMP. It's a free image program, similar to PSP or PS. Only, you dont have to pay anything for it. If you did that, you could easily take screen caps of anything. I would really reccomend that, and you could also make banners, avatars etc. with GIMP. It is very easy to use, with lots of applications that do lots of different things.
Just a suggestion.
