Okay, even though I know I could make an avatar myself, I just don't have time, and I really would like to see other people's work

Okay, so what I would like is, well, something random! I want an avatar, yes, but here is the thing...
I would like it to have a base, like a note-paper background, you know, the stuff you use in school to take down notes.
Then I would like abunch of random stuff on it, like doodles and "cut-outs from magaziens", like a star-bucks cup and stuff... Then I would really like it if it had little doodlie lines around the edges... I would like my name in a font that looks like some teenager wrote it fast, and just LR too.
It's a hard task! Anyone up for it?
