I think it's worth waiting for, lady_e always makes beautiful banners. And you can add it later on, right?
If you need something quickly while waiting, I could make you one now. So you can change it to lady_e's banner when she is done. Is that an option perhaps?

It's not really good, but now you can fill up the open spot until you'll get a real banner!!!
