Well I see a ton of people making boarders around their graphics. I got examples off A-U of what I'm talking about.
I have no idea how to do that. Could anyone help me out? I use Paint Shop Pro 7. Thank you!
(Yay! This is my 100th post!)

Well...the simplest (not easiest, just the least complicated) way is to use your paintbrush tool to manually draw a border, but it takes forever. I got the border effect on the banner by selecting the whole banner (Ctrl+A) and using the Inner Bevel effect (Effects >> 3-D Effects >> Inner Bevel) on the preset Angle setting. The other easy way to get a border (completely solid, though) is to go to Image >> Add Borders. You can specify the size of the border through the panel there. To change the color, select a background color through the panel on the far right of your screen (the color swatch at the top right).
Good luck!

I was remembering back twenty years ago when the internet was fun and not full of AI bots and trumpshirt fascists. If anyone sees this, know that there is an active Middle-earth forum still around from the old days. It is Tolkien Forums. Active with current discussions, and a library of old thread going back to 2001. I recommend registering there.
Also, there is some Middle Earth Roleplaying going on here:
